About Me

About Me:
I'm Jackie Gargano. I'm a licensed Massage Therapist in Ct. I started my massage career in 2004. I have worked for one of the Shoreline's premier resorts and spas, as well as small town days spas. I have also worked along side acupuncturists, chiropractors and physical therapists.  In addition to that, I have also been a massage therapy instructor. 
I am certified in Prenatal and Fertility Massage, Orthopedic Massage of the lower leg and foot, Orthopedic massage and assessment,  Reflexology, & Reiki. I also have training in Hot Stone therapy, lymphatic massage, trigger point work and other various techniques to compliment your session. 
I am currently also working on my complete body Orthopedic Certificate. 

About my philosophy:

I believe when you come to me that you deserve the space, time and respect to decompress your mind and body. Everyone needs to take some time out for themselves, especially those of us that are caretakers, business owners or just simply drained. Stress, and burn out can lead to overall imbalances throughout the body and mind. Constant stress can lead to other physical health and mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression and weight gain. 
Taking time for yourself to recharge is like charging your phone battery. It won't work anymore if you don't set it aside every now and then to recharge it. 
I take the time to go over your physical & mental health concerns and provide a customized massage for your specific needs.
